As our Michigan Department of Human Services friends know, they have been able to log onto Span’s Compliance Management Organization software, Cmost™ with their computer or iPhone by using the last four digits of their caseload number. This allowed them to make referrals, and offered access to all kinds of reports, including drug screen results, compliance and non-compliance reports and schedules. They can also leave messages for Span staff that are logged and automatically prompt staff for action. But with the advent of MISACWIS, there is no longer a need for load numbers. So what’s a caseworker supposed to do now?
If you originally signed up with your load number and have accessed Cmost™ with the last four digits, those numbers are still your Cmost™ personal identifier even if they’re no longer used by DHS. If you’re a new caseworker, or new to working with Span and trying to register, we will respond to your registration with your four digit pin number. Of course, you can always contact us via phone or email and we will assign you your own, unique identifier that will give you access to all the information available through Cmost™.
