If you’ve spoken to us on the telephone within the past month, you’ve probably already figured out that Span has installed a new telephone system. But you probably don’t know why we decided to do that. It’s not that our other system was bad. We just wanted to improve communications with you, our customer.
Our new system makes it possible for our customers and our providers to:
- Call directly to the individual they want to contact
- Leave voice mail messages
- Have a call transferred to a Span employee out of the office–even out of state
- Participate in conference calls
- Participate in video conference calls
We’re still the same Span you’ve worked with before. You’ll still be talking to a real, live person when you call–not a recording. The only difference? You’ll have more choices of how to communicate with us, and we’ll be even more efficient.
