Mike Grosh founded Span Corporation in 1988, and continues to serve as its President and CEO.
Under Mike's direction, Span has grown from a small, third party provider of drug screening services to a multi state Compliance Management organization that provides a level of detailed information previously unavailable to Courts and Social Services organizations.

Steve coordinates the flow of information between our clinical laboratory partners and Span's Operations Department. Additionally he responds to queries from individual caseworkers who have questions on the more technical aspects of our programs. Steve received his BA from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and has participated in and hosted numerous seminars on drug screening, management, marketing and marketing research. He has also published articles in Occupational Health Management, Visions and Lawyers' Weekly.

His almost 30 years of professional experience which includes various positions in both operations management and sales and marketing for national organizations such as Quest Diagnostics Incorporated and McKesson Corporation. He has received numerous national sales achievement awards, and is a registered member of the American Society of Clinical Pathology.

Carolyne is responsible for all Span accounts payable, monthly invoicing, and accounts receivables. Additionally, she provides daily oversight and assistance to the operations team.

Licensed Master Social Worker

Pat Chase is a Licensed Master Social Worker and provides drug and alcohol assessments for Span clients on request. He can also provide short term counseling where required to assist the caseworker in determining the client's level of substance abuse and can recommend appropriate treatment. He received his Masters in Social Work degree (MSW) from Eastern Michigan University.
Daniel Fink, MD
Medical Review Officer

Dr. Fink completed both his undergraduate degree and his MD degree at the University of Michigan. His Master of Public Health degree is pending through the Medical College of Wisconsen. Dr. Fink is Board Certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine, Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, is a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners and is a Certified Medical Review Officer.
He has over thirty years experience as a physician in the Occupational/Industrial health field. Currently, Dr. Fink serves as the Director of the Occupational Mediciine Department at Henry Ford Health System in Woodhaven, MI. He also serves as Span Corporations Medical Review Officer (MRO).
